Start your returns.

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of the product's arrival. If for any reason you’d like to return an item, simply submit your return request using the link below:

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive your prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Return Eligibility & Refunds

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
    A $5.99 return label fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. 
    Returns received after 30 days may be subject to rejection.
  • To qualify for a full refund to your original payment method, the item must be unused, uncut, and free of any glue application.
  • Items that have been used or altered in any way are only eligible for store credit.
    Please note that purchases made with store credit are nonrefundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.  To help us process your request quickly, you will need to provide the following information when contacting our customer service team at Contact@blissandbeyondusa.com

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Product name and quantity

  • Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Please note that requests submitted without photo evidence will not be eligible for replacement.

Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
Failure to return the item within this timeframe may result in your exchange request being rejected, and we reserve the right to return the item back to you.

Reshipping Due to Incorrect Address

If the buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for a $5.99 reshipping fee.

Please contact us to arrange reshipment — we will send you a link to pay the reshipping fee before the item is dispatched again.

If the package is not returned to us and is instead delivered to the wrong address provided by the buyer, we will be unable to reship or refund the order. In that case, the buyer will need to place a new order.

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout to ensure successful delivery.


Domestic Return Policy:

We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.

To mail in your return: When you send us a return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. If you haven't received our response within 48 hours, please check your junk mail.

Return shipping fee: Customers are responsible for shipping fees and related costs for returned products unless they received faulty or incorrect items. The cost of our return label is $5.99, and it will be subtracted from your total refund.

Reshipping Due to Incorrect Address If the buyer provides an incorrect address and the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for a $5.99 reshipping fee.

Chargebacks & Disputes Any chargeback or dispute filed without prior communication with us will result in permanent loss of purchasing privileges from our store.

Frequent Returns: While we understand that sometimes a return is necessary, customers who repeatedly return items with almost every order may lose the privilege to shop with us. We kindly reserve the right to refuse future sales in such cases.

To maintain fairness and ensure product integrity, we monitor return activity for all purchases. Customers with a high frequency of returns or exchanges may be subject to review.

If a pattern of excessive returns is identified:

  • Future purchases may be restricted or cancelled.

  • Any associated or linked accounts under the same name, address, or payment method may also be affected.

This policy is in place to protect our small business from abuse of the return system and to ensure availability for genuine customers.

Where Returns Go: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not resell returned items. Please consider this before making a return request. Each wig takes nearly two hours to create, and we put great care into every order. We truly appreciate customers who value that effort.

Method of Credit

  • Refunds will be processed by way of the payment method used for the original order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 7–14 business days for the return to be processed.
  • After your return has been processed, the refund will be issued and posted to your original payment method (bank account, PayPal, or credit card) within 7 business days.

International Exchange and Return Policy

All sales outside of the United States are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

If the product is damaged due to the shipping carrier, you may request store credit. To be eligible to file a claim for store credit, the damage must be reported to us within 30 days of the product's arrival. Please note that the claim process can take up to 60 days after the product’s arrival, as it involves coordination with the shipping carrier.

The shipping cost is non-refundable under any circumstances.
